"Several volunteers from Friends of Morrow Mountain State Park along with several members of the park's staff cleared a lot of organic material (leaves, grass and tree limbs) from along the trail/roadbed near the Kron House. A prescribed burn is planned for that area in the near future."

"So far the November, December and January trail work days have been productive but none of the work days have attracted more than a hand full of volunteers. We need more folks for the upcoming trail workday planned for Saturday, Feb. 14th."
