Youth In Parks
A Friends of State Park YIP-EE Grant has been awarded to East Albemarle Elementary in Stanly County. The $400 grant is designed to help defray expenses so that schools can send students for trips to their area state parks. The key goal is to get students outdoors and into the state parks for environmental education.
