Speed Chess Tournament

Seventeen competitors gathered Saturday morning with clock cleaning on their minds.  The resulting chess melee attracted a crowd of eager spectators, and reportedly left a few slap-happy.

I have elected to present the majority of these photos under the theory that "a picture is worth a thousand words."  A second and equally valid theory is that my fingers may fall off if I continue typing!

				IM Kirill Kuderinov tied for first place, earning a cool $92.50.	FM Kazim Gulamali tied for first place and pocketed $92.50!
